Q Investigation Services is a properly licensed Inquiry Agent Company registered in Perth and all of our Investigators are Licensed Private Detectives.

The Director of Q Investigation Services - Phil O'Reilly - is a licensed Private Investigator and licensed Inquiry Agent. Phil has extensive experience in criminal investigations and in civil investigations working as a Senior Detective in over 1000 criminal and civil cases that have included, but are not limited to, accident investigation, insurance fraud, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, vehicle theft, drug offences, missing persons, employee theft, employee fraud.

In addition, Phil has investigated and arrested a number of - persons in authority - school teachers - priests - family members - and sexual predators - involved child sexual abuse and historical rape inquires.

In high profile investigations Phil has investigated paedophile activities within the Catholic Church and Christian Brothers Homes in Western Australia - and has investigated cases of homicide and sexual assault - successfully prosecuting those cases through the Perth District and Supreme Courts.

In the Corporate and Private Sector our we have carried out thousands of background and character checks and investigated many breaches of integrity for the WA Racing and Wagering Industry.
